Our scientists have discovered the best training method: Sleep high – train low. Planica ensures these conditions. By prior arrangement, you can try one of 10 rooms available to satisfy the conditions for simulating the altitude conditions (up to 6000 m above sea level).

Using saunas warms the body deep on the inside and helps it to regenerate as soon as possible after various physical activities. In fact, saunas are the most effective natural remedy for the relaxation of muscles and for good circulation.
