General terms and conditions
1. Definitions
The owner, administrator, operator of the website and domain www.nc-planica.si, and the seller, is the Zavod za šport RS Planica (hereinafter: the Seller), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number: 3577970000, VAT ID: SI85753823.
The Seller is entered in the court register at the District Court of Ljubljana under registration numbers Srg 2009/18189 and 2010/4430. Bank account: SI56 0110 0600 0028 444, held at Banka Slovenije, Ljubljana.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, a consumer is any visitor to the website www.nc-planica.si who purchases a service (NC Planica tourist product) via the Regiondo online booking system (plugin on the website), in the form of a reservation or gift voucher, for purposes outside their professional or commercial activity.
Services can be purchased in Slovenian or English.
For online purchases, consumers may save and/or print these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Published prices
NC Planica tourist products are offered at prices valid according to the Seller’s price list on the day of purchase via the website or on the day a proforma invoice is sent to the consumer. Prices are published on the website www.nc-planica.si.
All published prices include value added tax (VAT).
3. Purchase of NC Planica tourist products
Consumers may purchase NC Planica tourist products on the website www.nc-planica.si either in the form of a reservation or a gift voucher and complete the payment.
Purchasing a tourist product as a reservation means that the consumer selects the date and time of use at the time of purchase. Purchasing a tourist product as a gift voucher means that the date and time of use may be selected within 36 months from the date of purchase (gift voucher validity period).
A contract is concluded when the consumer submits the order and pays the purchase amount using a debit or credit card (American Express, MasterCard®, or Visa).
After completing the purchase/payment, the consumer receives a confirmation or voucher by email containing all details of the purchased NC Planica tourist product, together with an invoice. The consumer may also later access the confirmation or voucher through the Regiondo online booking system via this message.
Consumers may also purchase NC Planica tourist products in the form of gift vouchers by payment via proforma invoice. This option is not available directly on the website.
Based on the consumer’s inquiry sent to info@nc-planica.si or by phone at +386 31 689 806, a proforma invoice will be sent to the consumer’s email address. The payment deadline is 8 days from receipt of the proforma invoice.
In the case of a gift voucher purchase via proforma invoice, the contract is concluded once the consumer pays the proforma invoice.
If payment is received by 3:30 PM, the gift voucher will generally be dispatched by post the same working day. Payments received after 3:30 PM will result in dispatch on the next working day.
During the purchase process, the consumer is responsible for providing accurate contact information, especially their address and email address when receiving a proforma invoice electronically.
4. Gift voucher redemption procedure
For online purchases, the gift voucher includes its validity period and instructions for redemption. Consumers must:
- Enter the gift voucher code at: https://nc-planica.regiondo.com/voucher
- Select the preferred date and time
- Receive booking confirmation by email
- For purchases paid via proforma invoice, the gift voucher sent by post includes its validity period and instructions requiring prior booking by phone or email.
If the consumer does not complete the reservation process, the Seller is not obliged to provide availability.
5. Reservation changes
Reservations may be changed no later than 3 working days before the booked date, unless otherwise specified for an individual tourist product.
Requests to change a reservation must be submitted in time via email to info@nc-planica.si or by phone at +386 31 689 806.
6. Gift voucher validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date the contract is concluded.
Requests to extend the validity period must be submitted before the voucher expires via email to info@nc-planica.si or by phone at +386 31 689 806.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the contract without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement sent to info@nc-planica.si ali or by post to:
Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Consumers may optionally use the model withdrawal form provided below in this document.
Effects of withdrawal:
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the service has not yet been performed.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Under no circumstances shall the consumer bear any costs related to the withdrawal or refund.
8. Shipping costs
Consumers are not charged any additional costs related to the production or shipping of gift vouchers.
If the consumer selects payment via proforma invoice and payment is received by 3:30 PM, the gift voucher will generally be dispatched the same working day. Payments received after 3:30 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Only the personal data necessary for delivery are shared with Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., the postal service provider used by the Seller.
9. Non-conformity/Material defects
Consumers may exercise their rights regarding material defects if they notify the Seller within two months from the date the defect was discovered (or the service performed), via email at info@ncplanica.si, by post to Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, or in person at the shop ticket office in the main building.
The consumer must clearly describe the defect in the notification.
Where appropriate, consumers are encouraged to report defects immediately on-site if the issue can be resolved directly. A confirmation receipt will be issued.
If the Seller determines that the existence of the defect is undisputed, the consumer’s claim will be resolved immediately or no later than within eight days.
10. Alternative dispute resolution
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Seller does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving disputes that consumers may initiate under the Slovenian Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes.
As a provider of online goods and services, the Seller publishes an electronic link on its website to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
This arrangement is based on the Slovenian Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any disputes between the consumer and the Seller shall first be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the courts in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
Slovenian law shall apply exclusively to all legal disputes arising from this business relationship.
12. Copyright
All content published on the website is the exclusive property of the website owner and is protected under applicable copyright laws. This includes all text, data, graphic design elements, and visual materials.
All copyrighted works are protected automatically upon creation and do not require special marking. In accordance with intellectual property legislation, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, broadcasting, or any other use of copyrighted material is prohibited.
Copying, distributing, or modifying any information without prior written consent from the owner is not permitted.
The owner reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of intellectual property rights.
13. Amendments to General terms and conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions, either partially or in full, without prior notice or limitation. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website.
The Seller undertakes to ensure that the current version of the terms and conditions is always easily accessible on the website www.nc-planica.si.
